Metamorphosis… a caterpillar is transformed into a butterfly once in its lifetime. As humans we can go through transformation and metamorphosis many times in our lives. In fact, we can change in an instant by changing our thoughts or perspective. Yoga helps us to become aware of our present condition so that we can direct change. We become the change we wish to see. We observe the body, mind and spirit as something pliable and shapeable. Creating new patterns and ways of being may take much time and effort, or it can happen in an instant when the conditions are right. Working with our “stuff” in a way that is loving, kind and tender to our vulnerability is key to creating conscious change. Every day is a new day to recreate yourself. To quote Unmata…CHANGE IS IN ME!!
